About Berit Mogensen Lopez

Copenhagen based designer/artist, graduated from the royal danish academy of fine arts with a degree within fashion and textile design. besides from working on my own print collection, paintings and collages, i collaborate with interior designers and architects within specific projects for hotels and private apartment decoration. this is for both textile designs, prints and unique artworks. i have some great collaborations with both textile manufacturers and print suppliers. i appreciate the combination and the switch between my own designs and commissioned work. the process is always of great inspiration to me and i constantly challenge myself with new techniques, materials and expressions. in my work i have special attention to and use of colors, compositions and textures which is why i use the exclusive giclée printing technique for my digital prints. this amplifies the colors and texture and i perceive every print as a piece of artwork.Read their story
