Description
Each pot has a drain hole. Small pot measures between 4" and 4.5" tall x 4.25" round. Glazed by hand, part of the planter is left unglazed. These planters are made using a technique called slip casting. Slip is a liquid mixture of clay, a little thinner than a slurry. Slip casting is liquefied clay poured into our plaster molds. This collection of planters are light-weight and wonky in shape. Handmade pottery, expect variances and slight imperfections. Lead-free, food safe glaze. Exposed clay is non-porous.

I don't often order from vendors on Faire that have no reviews but fell in love with some of Ruby Farms Pottery and decided to give it a chance. I'm SO glad I did. The pottery is beautiful and bigger than expected (especially the planters). Everything arrived early and carefully packaged. Overall great experience!
