The shipment arrived much later than anticipated after I reached out to customer support asking where the original shipment was since it should've already been delivered. I assume it was never actually shipped and was given no update or info other than when the order that actually arrived was shipped. The product is good, but just disappointed in the shipment not being sent when it was supposed to be.
