We brew coffee grounds for 24 hours in a stainless steel cold brew tank filled with cool filtered water at a consistent45°F temperature. We strain the coffee grounds using an Organic Fine Mesh Cheesecloth Fabric and extract the concentrated liquid. Lastly, we place the focused liquid in the fridge room to start the extraordinary fermentation process and let it rest for about 48 hours.
