The piquillo pepper, from the garden of Lodosa (Navarra), is roasted with a direct flame. It is peeled one by one, by hand, so that it maintains all its properties and its genuine flavor. Canned peppers prepared from the whole, fresh, healthy and clean fruits of the Capsicum annum plant, Pimiento del Piquillo D.O. Lodosa variety, following the cultivation and manufacturing practices established by the Pimiento del Piquillo D.O. Lodosa Regulatory Council.
