Order was backordered and multiple items had to be substituted that I didn't want the quantities or flavors of, because I had already placed a large order for the available flavors. No refund is allowed if they are out of product, so I took a big hit on items that didn't move because I had to exchange for a flavor they had available. This caused me to have an excess of bombs and sticks that my store has a limited available time to sell. it was unfortunate for something out of my control.

I have sold several of these bombs and chocolate sticks, I love the packaging. The bomb molds came with no instructions so that was disappointing. A rep was very responsive and sent a link to download instructions but I haven’t taken the time to figure out how to downsize them to sell with molds. Haven’t sold any yet. I’m hopeful.
