What if we switched to the French olive? Our olive olives, grown organic by our producer Pierre in Hérault (34), are a typical variety of the region. They are prepared less than 30km from the fields of olive trees of Stone. These olives, with a bright green color and firm and crisp flesh, are preserved in a natural and not very salty brine to deliver the sweet taste and subtle notes of hazelnuts of the olive tree. They are ideal to crunch for an aperitif.
