The rug looked nice on delivery, but it was rolled up very tightly and folded over. The folds will not come out even though it's been steamed. Customer is not very happy. She also stated it has loosely tied ends that want to poke up and that it sheds more than any other jute rug she's had. Not very happy I'm afraid.
