Originally from Calabria, Fusilli al Ferretto were handmade by wrapping the pasta around a knitting needle. This recent addition to the Regional Formats by Rustichella d'Abruzzo is highly recommended with a sauce of artichoke cream and walnuts, or chicory pesto and sausage, or even Treviso radicchio and crispy speck. For those who love our line of ready-made sauces, we recommend trying the Genovese or Arrabbiata.
