Mixed Spice, also know as pudding spice, is a mix of sweet spices originating from the British Empire and her colonies. It is often used in desert and baked recipes using fruit. In the United States it is similar to Pumpkin Pie Spice. Try in fruit puddings, stewed fruits, Christmas cooking or custards for a rich spicy flavour.
