I understand the frustration, but I would advise against comparing your business to Temu. Most of our items are designed in-house, though we do source a small number of best-selling items from the market. While Temu may appear cheaper, the difference goes beyond price and comes down to reliability and consistency. This item in Temu is originally priced at $29.00 and is currently on sale, which may create the impression that Temu is less expensive. In reality, the item on Temu is out of stock or available only for preorder and will not ship right away or may not ship at all. Since Temu sells virtually everything, it is not an equal comparison. These purses look good in the pics but they are very poor quality in person! Very flimsy and cheap feeling! The hardware on this item is so thin and cheap! I definitely am disappointed in this company and will not be re-ordering from them. Trust me when I say they are poor quality! I have never ordered their purses and I never will again.
