Not only does the product sell consistently well for me, it’s the best chocolate I’ve ever had. My clients agree. Customer service is top notch. As expected with any small business, response time can be a little delayed-maybe a day or two. Every time I’ve had an inquiry or issue, it was met with a professional response and kindness. Packaging is simple yet classy.

David Bradley has the BEST chocolate, but this time, again, items came shoved into a bag, then shoved into a box, so the rubbing, due to poor packaging, supports a theory that this is "cheap waxy chocolate" BUT YOURE BETTER THAN THAT, SO WHY?? Then, AGAIN, once Potato Chip Bark looks like a brick of chocolate, and one a brick of chips...WHICH IS IT? WHERE IS YOUR QUALITY CONTROL?? If this was my first order, I'd not reorder, because your making my job difficult in trying to sell bad packaging
