These notebooks were shrink wrapped, beautiful designs and colors, but the rings are bent and the corners on most of the notebooks are bent. I had customers complain and bring back their notebook. I am using them personally, but the way they are shrinkwrapped bends the corners and rings, this in turn damages the product. Some of the notebooks did not come packaged at all. I don't like putting out notebooks that aren't packaged because people thumb through them and get them dirty.

The Bible journal was missing in my initial shipment. Once I informed customer service; not only did they send the Bible journal out immediately but also threw in an extra one for any trouble and super cute stickers. Love that type of customer service. Quality is beautiful. It was sealed with plastic and put in a bubble padded envelope. Love ‘em. Thank you swaygirls!
