Make your own spicy sausage with this traditional blend. Add 1-2 tablespoons of seasoning to 1 Pound of ground meat. Use it to make meatless sausage too, just add to your favorite meatless crumbles! Even for a professional foodie when I first thought about making my own sausage, I had this vision of an uber complicated procedure in mind. I don’t know why, it’s quite basic. Meat, seasoning, cook. Boom. Now when you get into stuffing casings to make links and preserving it there is more technique involved but that’s not how I need to use it. I simply make patties instead of links if I want a good ole fashioned sausage, peppers, and onions meal. If you can make taco meat you can make sausage! I enjoy using this half and half with my regular Italian Sausage Seasoning. It has just a bit more kick.
