With dimensions of 7" x 5" the journal is the perfect size to fit in your bag or purse. And, because sometimes you need lines and sometimes you don't, the first 128 pages of the journal have lined paper and last 128 pages of the journal have blank pages (256 pages total). A ribbon marks your page as you journal toward healing. Complimenting the journal is the tiny poetry project greeting card, Healing, planted on plantable handmade paper (sold separately on Faire).
