A sauce based on wild boar meat from the Gola della Rossa and Frasassi Regional Park worked strictly by hand. Fresh aromatic herbs and spices from Sibillini give the sauce intense and satisfying aromas. The long and at the same time soft cooking makes the condiment delicate and free of special excess wild smells. Chanterelles are precious mushrooms, much sought after by troubadours.
