What can we make: EVOO-Infused Bruschetta Ingredients: 1 baguette, sliced 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 cups cherry tomatoes, diced 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Toast baguette slices on a baking sheet in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 8 minutes. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, EVOO, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Spoon mixture onto toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
