items are great, started selling as soon as they hit the shelf. unfortunately 4 mugs arrived damaged (clearly mishandled by UPS) so submitted for replacement. products came across the country to me so could use more packaging to better protect them, but will be purchasing again and will update review if nothing is damaged next order!
