"Snow Birds" is a hand printed organic cotton flour sack tea towel featuring two sweet chickadees perched on a berry covered branch under a winter's night sky. I infused my love of wood block prints and the local black capped chickadees who grace our feeders all winter long. These towels make exceptional holiday gifts, but will make a lovely and useful accent for any kitchen all winter long. We print each towel in our studio on Chestnut Street by hand with professional grade water based screen printing ink. Each towel is heat set for permanence. Our towels are generously sized and measure approximately 27" x 27". They include a handy corner loop for hanging and are made from 100% organic cotton of the highest grade. Flour sack is a chef's favorite, as they are great for proofing dough, are lint-free for polishing glassware, and only get softer and more absorbent with washing. Wash warm, normal dryer, non chlorine bleach. They do not come out of the dryer over wrinkly.
