Do not use metallic or abrasive sponges. To tidy up, make sure all the pieces are dry without moisture.  This collection is handmade and should be used carefully.    More Information Cooking  Our pans and baking trays made of black clay can be used to cook food exclusively in the oven (gas, electric or wood). These kitchen utensils should be placed in the centre of the oven on top of a metal rack. Never directly on the oven base.  The oven must not be too hot when you place the dishes and pans inside. The heating process must be gradual so that a thermal shock does not occur. Clay should be heated slowly and evenly.  After leaving the oven, the pans and pots should not be placed on a cold surface (granite, marble or stainless steel). Use our cork hot pads.  The black clay tableware can microwave up to 200ºC.
