The first order was perfect, from the second onwards, items were replaced without notice, orders were canceled, references were always missing, messages to which no one ever responded. If it weren't for the Faire team I turned to, I would still be waiting for a response or the products. It's a shame, good product but everything else is not.

Pomélo+Co. Anti-frizz Hair Up Towel
The product is liked: it is fragrant, effective, and has nice packaging; it's just a shame that a client of mine pointed out that on their Italian website, between promotions and discounts, the resale price was more than 1/3 lower than the price at which I was supposed to resell it. That's not good.
