Description
Traditional solera-system produced moscatel sherry vinegar adds subtly sweet complexity to any marinade, sauce, or salad dressing. The arvum moscatel is made from sherry vinegar using a solera aging process, with added moscatel, and concentrated grape must. The solera aging process is the traditional system of aging sherry wine and vinegar. This time honored aging and blending process ensures that quality vinegar is produced consistently from year to year. To earn the reserva distinction, the vinegars must be aged in oak casks for at least two years.

The sauces should have been package with dividers between the jars because they are glass made and with any bad hit they are going to crash and they are going to break, so that’s what happened with one of the alioli sauce box, came completely crashed
