Stuffed olives are a very delicious side dish or appetizer inspired by Ascolana olives but in a lighter version. The olives are pitted manually and filled with a pepper-based compound. We produce the “I Golosi” line in Cleto in a small artisanal laboratory that has been producing Calabrian specialties for over 20 years using local products and using extra virgin olive oil.
