This was my first order and I am impressed with the customer service. I placed an order for 35 books for an event and unfortunately the wrong item was sent. The customer service team fixed it right away and I had all the items on time. All the products are very unique and the packaging is great quality. I will definitely be ordering more. Thank you.

Very cute and it has been doing very well for us. We did not realize that several stores close to us carry this line also. We try to respect everyone’s product lines so I am not sure we will be able to reorder. It is a large line so we might be able to share.

I love Ooly. Well-made, fun, and quality products! But I have never seen a brand with so many price increases. There have been SEVERAL price increases on nearly every product we've ordered from them since opening our store in October 2020. I've not seen that from any other brand, in the same field or otherwise. It's disappointing, but customers continue to buy and request it so we keep ordering it.
