About The Chef Oracle

Chef and television personality, Michael V. Proietti, began his career in the culinary arts as a way of expressing his passion and creativity through cooking. After graduating from the New York Restaurant School in 1998, he began his quest for global cuisine as a sous chef at Asia de Cuba in New York City, and later moved on to the Executive Purchasing position to experience another aspect of the industry.
