Welcome to Odin Chocolate, where we blend Norway’s rich heritage with the finest cacao beans. Based in Hof, we started as a small café in 2021 and now produce one ton of delicious treats every week. We ethically source cacao beans from South and Central America, hand-sort, and gently roast them to bring out their rich flavors. Our 70% dark chocolate contains just five ingredients: cacao beans, cacao butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. For our milk chocolate, we add high-quality Norwegian milk. Our production process is meticulous, with cacao nibs refined for 24 hours and conched for 30 hours, ensuring great taste and less acidity. Tempering is done to perfection, giving our chocolates a beautiful shine. Our Norwegian roots inspire unique products like “Fenrir” and “Yggdrasil.” Fenrir is a smooth dark chocolate with a story of the Norse wolf.
