About Marry Icetea

We are in the year 2017 in Graz. David is diligently programming for his first startup project. In between, the Weinitzer often treats himself to a refreshing drink with mate tea to have energy for the day. He is particularly fond of a local mate iced tea. As a hobby, he eventually took up tea brewing to "clear his head," as he likes to describe it. At that time, David and Xiaoao met through the Graz startup scene. Xiaoao is a passionate tea drinker and has been striving since 2008 to promote the Styrian startup scene on a voluntary basis and frequently gives startup lectures at universities. As luck would have it, Xiaoao was working on his first startup project to make the Chinese tea ceremony accessible to everyone. This quickly led to a friendship that continues to this day, and the first ingredients for Marry Icetea were found.Read their story
