BEAST Biltong (our flagship range) is a dry-cured meat that originates from South African countries such as South Africa, Botswana, and Zimbabwe. We take British & Irish silverside beef steaks and marinate them in a mixture of vinegar and natural spices, then hang-dry it for 5 days, and slice into bitesize pieces. BEAST: Beef Bite - This product will follow our Biltong range, as a dry-cured beef snack with very similar production processes and nutritional composition.
