I love the unique, more gothic items they offer for my alternative shop. Some items are really nice quality, others are very fragile and unfortunately didn't survive the trip to Belgium. I made a claim and got refunded without any problems. Some boxes appear used/damaged but I'm not sure if that's from the trip as well. It's not a big effort to put them in other packaging. Overall I'm happy with the price-quality they offer. Will definitely order again!

Nice quality of products but by the time I paid shipping and the UPS fees I was sent a bill for from UPS, it ends up full price on the products. Unfortunately due to all the shipping I won't be ordering again.

So this was our first shipment, and these products are amazing! We did have some issues with a few broken items, but they were replaced super quick. We have already placed a new order not even a week later, since we have sold out of almost all this new stuff. Amazing!!!
