Our ribboned tutus are handmade and features soft nylon tulle attached to 1 1/2 -inch white elastic waistbands to accommodate those in between sizes. The standard tulle length of 8' inches and decorated with 1 1/2 satin ribbon, comes in three adult sizes, Small(waist size 28') Medium(waist size 30') Large(waist size 32') Our ribboned tutu is dance quality and made with soft tulle to avoid that scratch itchy feeling.
