This form of Vitamin is a retinoid. Retinoids are powerful antioxidants that are easily absorbed into the skin. We have chosen to use this ingredient as it’s a vegan friendly option, with other more common forms of Vitamin A being derived from animals. This form of Vitamin A helps to improve skin health and counteract and improve sun damage and acne. Retinyl Palmitate protects the cells from free radicals, which is considered to be one of the leading causes of premature aging.
