These pieces are beautiful but I’ve had a really hard time getting responses in a timely matter. A caftan ripped open at the seam for a customer after two wears and they said they’d ship me a replacement but it’s been 3.5 weeks and it hasn’t arrived. I also ordered the Goa dress on my second reorder and wasn’t in love with the deep V neck and length of dress and wanted to return it— again 3 weeks later and I’m still trying to get a response as to how to send it back. All for 30% margins…
