The minimum order quantities were not right - so my initial order was cancelled. The second order was fulfilled with substitueted products - no attempt was made to communicate with me about my preferences. The order was shipped with mislabeled boxes - so I received an order completely different from the order that I placed on Faire. Several of the jar were leaking - which means that the manufacturing process is suspect. This was a complete disaster!

These are packaged lovely, but the product expires in June (we received it early March). As a canned / shelf stable product I expected a longer life than a few months. We opened the Mild + tried it, it's delicious, just wish that as a consumable good it had a better shelf life - we aren't a grocery store, we're a gift shop and simply will not move product that quickly with such a short window. Will end up selling these at cost if I'm lucky.
