These towels are extremely thin, and the waffle texture described in the item listing is barely noticeable. The packaging also needs improvement. As a customer-facing item, presentation matters, and currently, they are wrapped in plastic, which makes them less appealing for this type of product. Towels are something people want to feel in order to gauge quality, and plastic packaging prevents that. Aesthetically, these are adorable, but functionally, they're not up to our standards.
