Subtly textured ribbons of brass are wound and twisted to make these gorgeous handmade rings. These rings are handmade by the Hope Jewellery fair trade project which provides training and fairly paid work for women living in Lima, Peru. By working with Just Trade, these women are able to educate their children and secure a better future for their families. MATERIAL Brass. Beautiful jewellery with very good price points. I'm not 100% clear on the materials used from the descriptions. I tried one of the rings myself and it turned my finger black within about 10 minutes of wearing. Not ideal and I won't be able to sell them. Sorry to be a bit negative - hopefully this is helpful!
