Welcome to our Melt & Pour Assessment #1!   A cosmetic safety assessment – or CPSR – is a document, prepared and signed by a qualified cosmetic safety assessor, that confirms whether or not a particular product complies with UK and EU cosmetic regulation. All cosmetic products placed on the UK and EU must have a cosmetic safety assessment. An assessment is the first step in being able to sell a cosmetic product and our Melt & Pour Assessment #1 will allow you to make them in 10 of our top selling scents along with a wide choice of colours. "Melt & Pour" refers to the pre-mixed soap base used in this assessment to make solid soap bars, soap sponges & soap on a rope.
