This is a stronger sleepy time tea that has the same ingredient list as Duerme Té, with added Valerian Root for extra strength. For those of you unfamiliar with Valerian, it is considered to be a mild sedative. It's not for everyone and those who know, know that Valerian has a notable, earthy smell to it.
