The fulfillment estimate was off by a couple of weeks. We reached out and received no response. The product photos are also misleading, it showed a lid and straw so I didn’t even think to check the description to see that it says no straw or lid included until after the package arrived with no lids or straws. We considered ordering them to add on but with the first package being shipped 3 weeks after it was ordered we are skeptical it will even get here in time.
