What are organic blanched almonds and how are they made? Almonds have to be roasted or blanched to be safe to consume. Blanched almonds are considered raw, but the process removes the skin to taste and look better. Raw almonds contain an easily digestible protein rich in essential amino acids, necessary for a vegetarian diet. Raw organic sliced almonds contain dietary fiber, amino acids, zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium. How can organic sliced almonds be used? Use organic sliced almonds for baking, desserts, creams, and added to some types of chocolate. Ground almonds and sugar syrup are used for cooking marzipan, a traditional European sweet.

Most of the packaging has no barcodes. Messaged them never got a response. backordered a bunch of products that randomly show up. I never wanted backorders but the never was asked if I wanted that. Pricing on their website eats a lot of the margin for brick and mortar stores.

Not a fan of having top manually having to enter items at checkout. Also, no real good way to track electronically. Pricing on their consumer website is low on some items and gives stores almost no margin if store want to compete. Their packaging is plastered with the website, so you are sort of forced too.
