The brown stain they use over the carved colored stools seems to be darker each time I order and this last order has a greasy touch. I tried to wipe them down with a terry towel but nothing transferred to the towel and they still felt greasy. The Cardinal I ordered last time is particularly dark obscuring the red color and it has not sold. Cardinals of any design usually sell quickly in my store. I think the stools are really cute but I’m concerned about the quality.

The concept is really cute, especially the tractors and trucks. My critique would be on the Cardinal, the stain used on top of the red is way too dark and takes away from the overall quality. The red is not as visible as it should be. Some of the others are a bit too dark as well. The packaging was excellent.
