We placed on order in mid-November with a confirmation at 'shipping within 3-5 business days'. Nearly four weeks later, the package was shipped. We inquired several times re: shipping with messages, no response. Not one- ever. We had to get Faire involved directly. When the package finally showed up, 4 out of the 10 boxes we ordered were broken. And the kicker? The shop page states they're in North Carolina... so tell us why the package was shipped from India. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.
