Gomasio is simply sesame salt, but ours features a very traditional Japanese salt: Arashio salt, harvested using heirloom methods in Suruga Bay since the 1600s. This version adds the delicious and unique taste of red shiso leaf. Delicious sprinkled over noodles, soups, salads and stir fries. Also adds flavor and crunch to sushi, or even sprinkled into popcorn. Ingredients: Sesame seeds, sea salt, shiso.
