I have not been able to find exact figures but it is charcuterie that is found in larger quantities in supermarkets. So I told myself that it should be something that you lacked in your daily diet. Unlike its animal version, which is very often industrial, my duck breast is extremely protein-rich with 24.6g per 100g of meat (vegetarian) and very low in saturated fat (0.8g). It is very good for your health and is made with a lot of love and passion! 👩🏼‍🍳 Its main ingredient is tofu (Locadelice's on top of that) followed by wheat protein (wheat gluten). So it's also a seitan, like all my other products, but this one is very rich in soybeans from the southwest. Perfect for sandwiches!
