Gluten-free Pistachio Baklava is produced for those who are gluten intolerant or require a gluten-free diet. The amount of gluten is not more than 44mg/lb based on measured dry substance. This special gluten-free Baklava is made in a separate production area and baked in separate oven to prevent any risk of additional gluten being present. This baklava uses the same ingredients and offers similar taste as with other Karakoy Gulluoglu baklava products.  Ingredients: Rice flour, egg, corn flour, walnut, butter, sugar, salt. Allergens: This product includes pistachio, walnut, milk and eggs. Gluten amount does not exceed 20mg/kg based on dry substance. Shelf life and storage: Room Temperature - 2-4 weeks Refrigerated - 2-3 months
