The most beautiful Bourbon vanilla beans, carefully harvested and prepared by hand in the Sambava region, in northeastern Madagascar. Their heady fragrance reveals vanilla, sweet, cocoa, balsamic notes... an explosion of flavors. Of Gourmet Grand Cru quality, these pods have been ripened in the sun for several weeks, to reach the ideal humidity level for pastry: 33 to 35%. By default, the pods sent will be 14/16 cm in size. Note: 1 kg is equivalent to 300-350 14/16 cm pods. By default, 1 kg is packed in 4 x 250 g under vacuum. We can pack in 100g increments on request.
