Sent my order in a box double the size of the quantity with no void fill at all. The box also had rubbish (empty sugar packets) thrown in to it! Several items damaged, took a while to get back to me as they had apparent issue with their account, despite the message saying read. Then sent a replacement in a plastic bag! The were damaged worse than the original. Have asked for a refund and now being completely ignored.
