Introducing... The Eco Warrior Vegan Dental Floss in a Bamboo Case! This natural dental floss is made from cornstarch-based resin, coated with Candelilla wax and flavoured with Spearmint oil. It comes in a natural bamboo case featuring a twist cap to ensure safety, a metal cap dispenser and can be reused with floss refills. Packed in a fully compostable and recyclable cardboard box. Why did we choose bamboo? We chose bamboo because it is one of the most sustainable and environmentally friendly materials in the world! In fact, growing bamboo requires little water, it does not require any fertilisers or pesticides and self-regenerates from its own roots. In just 3-4 months, bamboo plants can grow to full size, compared to the standard tree which can take 30+ years. Bamboo is also a VERY durable material and will not break easily as other materials do (e.g. glass). Once bamboo products reach the end of their life, they can be composted and returned back to the Earth.
