A gift box filled with individually wrapped 70% cocoa dark piglet pieces! This 70% Cacao Dark Chocolate has fruity notes and a complexity that will change the way you eat/share chocolate! We buy our cacao direct from farmers, then we ferment it for a week, then dry it for another week. After it is dry we clean the beans, hot air roasts them like coffee then de-shell them. This is our ART! This is why we don't need to add any crazy flavours, just our chocolate has enough! Give the gift of delicious chocolate! Initially I wanted these for kiddos who come visit my craft bean-to-bar chocolate shop (CURATEbyDorrinda). The same opportunity of having single-origin chocolate should be a part of their lives, too. However, adults have taken a liking to the variety and are enjoying them. I know the Shoppe will make an excellent family gift. I'm looking forward to the holiday gift season.
