A lavender heat pack sewn into removable printed cotton fabric cover. Packaged folded in half and wrapped with a silk cord and a swing tag. The heat pack is filled with wheat and soothing lavender. The herbal pack moulds to any body shape, applying dry heat, gentle pressure and aromatherapy to help relax aching muscles and ease tension. Heat in microwave or oven (the directions are inside the cover).
