Description
Vegetable Glycerin Natural Firstly, Glycerol in our Vegetable Glycerin Pure Natural is a simple polyol (sugar alcohol) compound. It is a colorless, odorless, viscous liquid that is widely used in pharmaceutical formulations. Moreover, Natural Vegetable Glycerin has three hydroxyl groups that are responsible for its solubility in water and its hygroscopic nature. The glycerin backbone is central to all lipids known as triglycerides. Glycerin is sweet-tasting and of low toxicity. Consider adding these essential oils and skincare products! Vegetable Glycerin is used in personal care preparations. Mainly as a means of improving smoothness, providing lubrication, and as a humectant. Although it's a good product, I'm a bit bothered by the fact that they apparently have specials on Amazon where the consumer can purchase the product at the same wholesale cost I paid for it. Therefore if I mark up my cost to the MSRP they suggest, & I'm being transparent with my customers of what the brand it is that I sell, they can then go on Amazon & get this for half the cost that I sell it for. Makes no sense. They are slow to respond & seem to have no care for my concern. Won't buy again.
